Refunds & Returns Policy
At our store, we stand behind the premium quality of our motivational wall frames. Due to the custom-made, fragile, and high-value nature of our products (including LED-backlit versions), we maintain a clear policy to protect both you and us.
Return Window
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we are unable to process returns or refunds (except proven manufacturing defects with photo/video evidence).
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet these conditions:
- Unused and in the exact same condition as received
- In original packaging (including bubble wrap, outer box, and all accessories)
- Accompanied by the original invoice/receipt
- LED versions must show no signs of use or damage to the lighting system
Custom or personalized frames are non-returnable except in cases of genuine manufacturing defects.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Frames that have been hung/installed on the wall
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper unpacking
- Opened or used LED lighting components
- Any frame with visible signs of wear or tampering
Defective or Damaged on Arrival
If your frame arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect (cracked glass, non-functional LED, etc.):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
- Send clear photos/videos of the damage and packaging
- We will arrange free return pickup (where possible) and provide full replacement or refund
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refund issued to original payment method (or EasyPaisa/JazzCash for COD orders)
- Return shipping fee (if applicable) deducted from refund amount
- Sale or discounted items eligible only for store credit or exchange (no cash refund)
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only for defects, wrong item sent by us, or size/LED variant change (change of mind). Customer pays return shipping + new delivery fee (500 PKR flat rate).
Gifts
If purchased as a gift and marked as such, we issue store credit or replacement to the recipient. For non-marked gift orders, refund goes to the original buyer.
How to Return
Pack the item securely in original packaging. Send to:
[Your Full Peshawar Address – e.g., Your Shop Name, Street, Peshawar, KPK]
Use a tracked courier (Leopards, TCS, etc.). We recommend insurance for high-value frames. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
