Shipping Policy
At Elitra.store, we take great care in delivering your premium motivational wall frames safely and promptly across Pakistan. Below are the details of our shipping process.
Shipping Charges
Flat delivery charge: 500 PKR per order – applicable to all orders, regardless of size or location in Pakistan.
No free shipping threshold currently. The flat rate covers secure packaging, courier fees, and nationwide delivery.
Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days from dispatch.
- Major cities (Peshawar, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan): Usually 3–5 working days
- Other cities and remote areas: 5–7 working days
Orders are dispatched same day or next working day after payment confirmation (for COD) or successful transfer.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed from our Peshawar warehouse. We dispatch Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Packaging & Fragile Item Handling
Your luxury motivational frames (3x2 ft, 2x3 ft, LED versions) are high-value and fragile items. We ensure:
- Double-box packaging with thick bubble wrap and corner protectors
- Extra foam/thermocol for glass and LED protection
- Clear “Fragile – Handle with Care” labels
Despite best efforts, minor transit damage can occur due to courier handling. Inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately (within 48 hours) with photos/videos for quick resolution.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your order is dispatched, we provide real-time tracking via:
- WhatsApp (preferred – fastest updates)
- SMS
You can also track directly on the courier’s website (Leopards, TCS, or whichever partner we use for your order).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan. Pay the exact amount to the rider upon delivery. Partial COD or advance payment may be required for high-value orders or certain areas – we will inform you at checkout if applicable.
What If There’s a Delivery Issue?
- Wrong address provided: Customer responsible for redelivery charges
- Failed delivery attempts: Courier may return to sender after 2–3 attempts – additional charges may apply for re-dispatch
- Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp with photos – we’ll arrange replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy
Important Notes
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, or incorrect/incomplete address details. Always provide a complete address with landmarks and a working phone number.
