We use U.S. dollar notes (pristine condition), the same premium LED illumination, crystal-clear glass/acrylic, and exact frame/table design as displayed. No stock photos or edits – what you see is exactly what ships to you. Minor variations in lighting or angle may occur, but the craftsmanship, materials, and layout remain identical.
After your order is confirmed, your digital receipt (invoice) is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can also log in to your Elitra account > My Orders section to download the PDF receipt anytime. If you don't see it, check your spam/junk folder or contact us via WhatsApp.
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and undamaged products (in original packaging). To initiate a return:
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide order number and photos of the item/packaging.
- Ship the item back to our Karachi address (we provide label if eligible). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Note: Custom/engraved pieces are non-returnable unless defective.
Yes – most out-of-stock items are restocked regularly (usually within 7–14 days). If an item is marked "out of stock," add it to your wishlist or message us on WhatsApp – we’ll notify you as soon as it's back. Popular pieces like Elitra Vision Frame and Imperial Table restock quickly due to high demand.
We ship nationwide across Pakistan – Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, and all other cities/towns. Delivery is handled via trusted couriers (TCS, Leopard, BlueEx, etc.) with tracking provided. Standard shipping time: 3–7 business days (faster in major cities). Free shipping on orders above Rs. 50,000; otherwise, shipping fee applies at checkout.
