1. General Information

Elitra is a Peshawar-based online store specializing in luxury motivational wall frames (including LED-backlit versions). All products are handcrafted with premium materials and are intended for motivational and decorative use only.

2. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes a binding contract. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide
  • EasyPaisa / JazzCash
  • Bank Transfer

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes (if any). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

3. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery charge: Flat 500 PKR per order across Pakistan (no free shipping currently).

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days (faster in major cities like Peshawar, Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi). We use reliable couriers (Leopards, TCS, etc.). Tracking number is provided via WhatsApp/SMS/email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather, public holidays, or incorrect address provided by the customer. Fragile items are double-packed, but minor transit damage may occur – report within 48 hours.

4. Product Information & Usage

Our frames are luxury decorative items. LED versions are USB-powered (cable included). Do not expose to water, extreme heat, or direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Installation is customer responsibility – use proper wall fixtures.

Colors and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting/monitor differences. All images are for illustration purposes.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please refer to our dedicated Refunds & Returns Policy for full details. In summary:

  • 7-day return window for eligible items
  • Manufacturing defects covered (report within 48 hours with photos)
  • Change of mind returns accepted (customer pays return shipping)
  • Custom/personalized frames non-returnable except defects
  • Sale items eligible only for store credit/exchange

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, quotes (“This is Reminder, This is Hunger”, “Millionaire Loading”, etc.), logos, and content on elitra.store are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
